All new entrant families need to complete the survey below along with the enrolment form below - new families (year 2-8) only need to complete an enrolment form.

Please see below enrolment form for all students. Please print, complete and bring with you when enrolling your child. Also note as we are now zoned we require two forms of proof of address before we can enroll students. Paper copies are available at the office also.
