All new entrant families need to complete the survey below along with the enrolment form below - new families (year 2-8) only need to complete an enrolment form.

Also note Waiau Pa School is now zoned and we require two forms of proof of address before we can enrol students.
We do not currently accept out of zone enrolments unless an Out of Zone ballot is open.
Please check with our school office via admin@waiaupa.school.nz to see if a ballot is presently open.
Please complete above Survey and Online form and bring any supporting documents or ID with you when enroling your child.

All applicants are welcome, but depending on the number of ballot spots available, some applications will not be successful.
