All new entrant families need to complete the survey below along with the enrolment form below - new families (year 2-8) only need to complete an enrolment form.

Please complete and bring with you when enrolling your child.
Also note as we are now zoned we require two forms of proof of address before we can enroll students. We do not currently accept out of zone enrolments. Paper copies are available at the office also.
